Terms and Conditions:

Terms: 2%-10 days, Net 30. Past due accounts subject to 2% per month (annual rate 24%) service charge. In addition, customer agrees to pay all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees. All legal action shall be conducted in the county of the principal place of business of Creative Graphics.

Credit: A completed credit reference form is required on all new accounts. Initial orders for shipment within 4 weeks should be accompanied by prepayment or will be shipped C.O.D. Creative Graphics gladly accepts prepayment for all orders, including VISA and MasterCard. One of our customer service specialists will contact you for order confirmation and your payment preferences. You may also call 1-800-368-3671 for immediate assistance from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Pacific time.

Minimum Order: $100.00 for initial orders. Reorders under $100 are subject to a $5.00 service charge plus freight.

Freight: F.O.B. Eugene, Oregon. Creative Graphics will pay freight charges on all prepaid orders within the continental U.S. (Does not apply to Floor Displays)

Returns: All sales are final. Returns for exchange of merchandise with written authorization only according to current guidelines. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No cash refunds.

In connection with my application for open account credit with Creative Graphics Group, LLC, I understand and agree to the trade customs, conditions and provisions stated above, and to the following credit terms: 2% discount-10 days. Net 30 days. Thereafter, past due balances are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE OF 24%
). Should it be necessary to bring any legal proceeding against customer for nonpayment of his account, customer agrees that he will be liable for court costs, reasonable attorney fees, all collection costs and payment of full amount due plus accrued finance charges. The customer further agrees that any or all legal action shall be conducted in the county of the principal place of business of Creative Graphics Group LLC.

In consideration of the extension of credit to the above named applicant, and to induce the extension of credit, the undersigned does hereby personally guarantee to Creative Graphics Group LLC, the prompt payment, when due of every claim,credit charge ,account or money due which may hereafter arise in favor of the Company against the applicant named. This is a continuing guaranty and shall remain enforce until revoked by me by notice in writing to the Company, but such revocation shall be effective only as to claims of the Company, which arise out of transactions entered into after its receipt of such notice. This obligation shall cover the renewal of any claim, credit charge, account or money due guaranteed by this instrument or extensions of time payment thereof, and shall not be affected by any surrender or release by the Company of any other security held by it for any claim hereby guaranteed.

The undersigned further agrees to pay any and all reasonable collection costs, whether or not action is instituted for collection thereof, and if action is instituted for collection, such reasonable attorney fees as the court may award, including any attorney fees on appeal.
